Refund Policy

Introduction

At get3amigos, your satisfaction with our artisan chocolates, gourmet fruit gummies, loose leaf teas, and gift sets is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may return products for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

By placing an order with get3amigos, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Due to the consumable nature of many of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

get3amigos accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number, is required.
  • You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending your return.

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization number may not be accepted or processed.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used consumable products, including chocolates, gummies, teas, and gift sets.
  • Products with broken, damaged, or missing seals.
  • Gift cards or digital gift certificates.
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift sets that have been opened or are missing components.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, get3amigos will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue and packaging
  • Description of the problem

Refund Process

  • Approval: 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Processing: 5–10 business days
  • Bank posting: 3–7 business days depending on provider

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Returns outside the 30-day window
  • Orders affected by free shipping thresholds

Shipping costs may be deducted when applicable.


Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, get3amigos will cover return shipping.

International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.


How to Initiate a Return

  3. Receive Return Authorization
  4. Package item securely
  5. Write RA number on package
  6. Ship using tracked service

Exchanges

get3amigos does not offer direct exchanges. Customers should return items for refund and place a new order.

Replacement applies only for defective or damaged items.
