By placing an order with get3amigos, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Due to the consumable nature of many of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
get3amigos accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization number may not be accepted or processed.

Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:
Shipping costs may be deducted when applicable.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, get3amigos will cover return shipping.
International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
get3amigos does not offer direct exchanges. Customers should return items for refund and place a new order.
Replacement applies only for defective or damaged items.
