get3amigos ships orders across Canada and select international destinations. Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from get3amigos pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, get3amigos is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving carrier-related issues.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. get3amigos is not liable for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are not the responsibility of get3amigos.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Due to the perishable and food-safe nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, partially consumed, or are no longer in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We do not accept responsibility for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
